About the Role
We are looking for an organized and responsible Office Administrator to support our operations team in Katowice.
You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day office administration and support for the operations team
- Phone and email communication with drivers, clients, and subcontractors
- Receiving, verifying, and archiving transport documents (incl. CMR, transport orders, invoices, proof of delivery)
- Entering data into the system; preparing summaries and reports
- Coordinating document flow (deadlines, completeness, accuracy)
- Handling basic administrative tasks (office supplies, correspondence)
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
- Polish language proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Experience in TSL/transport or administration is an advantage
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
