Eurowag Navigation and Truckfly cost nothing to download but sell Premium tiers, Sygic gives a 7-day Premium test before a paid licence, and TomTom truck use needs a paid subscription. What do you lose on the free tier of a truck GPS app?
Eurowag keeps its most useful features behind Premium. The Spanish App Store listing says Premium adds offline maps for 52+ European countries and territories, voice guidance in 54+ languages, a dynamic lane assistant, truck-specific alerts and expanded traffic information.
Truckfly and Sygic are less clear. The Truckfly listing does not say which features are free, and the Sygic listing does not say what its basic features are, so test a route in the app before you pay.
OsmAnd is the one other option found with truck parameters. Its documentation lists weight, height, length and width, and says the app reroutes around road sections the vehicle exceeds. Check what its offline maps cost before relying on it.
Which free tools help a truck driver without turn-by-turn navigation?
