Via Toll replaces the annual vignette for vehicles in categories M2, M3, N1, N2 and N3, and it charges only for the distance driven on Lithuanian toll roads, according to the operator Via Lietuva . The Lithuanian Transport Safety Administration (LTSA) approved the rates and Via Lietuva published them on 2026-06-30.
